- Information on your experience in the marine industry or similar business.
- Including details in management of retail business.
- or service experience – qualifications etc.
About the Business:
- Location of business you’re intending to set up. Check the “Dealer Locator” on our website www.tohatsu.com.au to ensure the intended location is not close to an Authorised Tohatsu Dealership already in the market.
- Have a qualified Service Tech to cater for engine pre-delivery, fitting (including water test) and after sales service requirements.
- Estimated yearly sale volume by Horsepower.
- Carry enough stock to cater for your intended market.
- Showroom to display floor stock and boats (if you have a boat brand)
- Be prepared to undertake signage (at your cost) for the building to represent TOHATSU brand.
- Marketing activities plan, including website linked to social media (FB & Insta), google ads for local area.
- Have sufficient funds for financing engines or engage a floorplan facility.
This completed information will provide a basis for our management to assess the dealership potential.
